Excellent relationships formed between staff and students based on mutual respect and care for one another.
❝As a community, we adhere to certain values as the foundation for all we do. We celebrate the cultural and religious diversity of our learners and staff and thrive on our shared ethos, which has, at its center, love for one another.❞
Our school is a community where we support, challenge, and care for one another. We have the highest expectations of students and staff alike, in every area of the school. Positive behaviour and relationships and a positive approach to learning are seen as essential values in ensuring the well-being and academic success of everyone. Our school is a community where students feel safe, cared for, and confident to express themselves, form strong relationships, and embrace all the opportunities our school offers them.
Our Pastoral Team acts as the first point of contact for our students, parents, and guardians, no matter how big or small their concerns may be. They offer advice, counsel, and a sympathetic ear. They have a variety of skills and several years of experience. The aim of the pastoral team is to support each learner individually and encourage open and honest communication between school and home, as this enables the best outcomes.
❝ We are extremely proud of our dedicated team of staff and of the high quality of teaching and pastoral care, which results in excellent relationships formed between staff and learners based on mutual respect and care for one another ❞
